Charming Home: Pet-Friendly Haven with Yard

Property was clean. Backyard was a patch of grass. Cigarette burns throughout the floor. Had an incident with a bathroom door knob that was faulty. Management was disrespectful and not accommodating at all.

It was a great stay and Allison communicated well with us! The area and parking is not something I was super excited about but the overall interior and advertisement of listing was great! I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and the home was just as advertised.

The house is lovely. Easy access to many places downtown. A cute coffee shop only a 5 minute walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and we all felt safe. There are a few vacant house on the block but that’s just what comes with this type of changing neighborhood. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and the property manager checked in with us daily via the VRBO app. Quick responses and answered right away when I called. Overall a very good experience and property for what we needed.

The home is beautiful completely remodeled, but the neighborhood is horrible. Two house across the street redone the rest either boarded up, falling down, vacant. Next corner over illegal activity, enough said. The owners did a fantastic job remodeling home, but the neighborhood needs a few more years for the houses to be remodeled.
